WHO WE ARE...

I have had a passion for cooking since I was very young. For the last few years I’ve wanted to share this passion for more natural foods and little known exotic flavours, which has led me to creating this exciting brand of natural products inspired by the vibrant culture of Brazil.

This unique brand of foods captures consumer’s imagination, and aims to introduce and cultivate a taste for high-quality Brazilian foods. Our mission is to produce interesting and exotic quality products that are naturally gluten & wheat free, suitable for vegetarians, without additives, preservatives, artificial colours and flavourings, hydrogenated fats, and low in salt. Or to put it another way, just great natural food, with no nasties!

Inspired by my family
I started developing my recipes around 2004, and it has taken us this long to put together our product range. It’s been a long journey, but it has really been worthwhile. The feedback I’ve received from so many of you has been great!

Our cheesebreads have clearly been a refreshing change for those looking for naturally gluten-free savoury options. Thank you for all the lovely e-mails sent with your words of support, which we really appreciate.
